Site newsletter

Just to let everyone know, I switched to a slightly different system for mailing list subscriptions (so I can eventually create more than one list for different topics)  I think I got everyone who was signed up transferred over, but if I missed anyone you can update your subscription on the user profile page under the "My newsletters" tab.
